Peasunhurst House is next to Peasunhurst Cottage.

Peasunhurst House has six bedroomes and sleeps 14. It is very spacious and luxurious accommodation, great for family get togethers, reunions and special birthdays.

From the entrance hallway, go left into the large dining kitchen where you get a warm welcome from the oil fired Aga with electric hob, grill and oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your stay. Mod cons include large larder fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.In the snug corner there is a three-seater sofa and LCD TV. There is a chest freezer, washer/dryer and toilet in the laundry room. Oak dining table and eight chairs.

Double doors lead out onto a large decked area, with a BBQ, stone topped patio table, chairs and two sunloungers. The Hot Tub is great fun, it over looks the large private rear garden.

Off the hallway is the dining room, excellent for entertaining, the table seats 14, it also has a removable top to reveal a snooker table. There is a log burning stove stocked with plenty of logs. There is a conservatory with comfy seating ideal for reading the papers!

Leading off the dining room into a hallway are three bedrooms:
Room 1 has a king size bed with ensuite shower room,
Room 2 has twin beds with ensuite shower room
Room 3 is a triple bedroom with separate shower room.

On the first floor is the lounge and three more bedrooms:
Room 4 is the Master suite it has a superking bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with separate shower, this room benefits from air conditioning. It also has a small balcony overlooking the garden.
Room 5 is a double bedroom.
Room 6 is a triple bedroom.
There is a seprate bathroom with shower over bath.

The spacious lounge has plenty of seating with a 42” Freeview plasma TV and DVD. There is a large balcony with views accross the valley.

All bedrooms have a TV, plenty of wardrobe hanging and shelves.
All bathroom towels and bedding is supplied.
Travel cot and high chair are available.

Please bring your own towels for Hot Tub and swimming pool use.
