go past McDonalds after about ½ mile at the traffic lights turn RIGHT signed Matlock A632 also Walton Hospital continue upto
small roundabout, go straight over, carry on along this road past TOTAL GARAGE, keep going up the hill at the top of the second
hill turn RIGHT signed DARLEY DALE B5057 go past Red Lion Pub after approx 1 mile turn LEFT signed UPPERTOWN onto Cullumbell
Lane at end turn RIGHT then first LEFT. You can see the cottage in the field to your right.
