Peasunhurst cottage is situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park and on the boundary of Ashover parish. The village of Ashover is about 3 ½ miles away. There are lovely views over the surrounding countryside. We are conveniently located between the market towns of Chesterfield, Bakewell and Matlock.

The property is all on one level throughout. Bedrooms one and two are accessed from the outside which makes them a little more private but they are part of the main building.

Bedroom one has a super king bed, there is also room for a cot in this room if requested. The ensuite consists of toilet, hand basin and large shower. Bedroom two is a twin bedded room, it is exactly the same size as bedroom one.

Both these rooms open out onto the enclosed courtyard.

Entering the cottage through the front door brings you into a large hallway where you will find a further four bedrooms. Bedroom three is a twin bedded room. The ensuite has a large wet room shower, toilet, hand basin and bath. Bedroom four has a super king bed. The ensuite has a toilet, hand basin and quadrant shower. Bedroom five is a twin bedded room, the ensuite is exactly the same as room four. Bedroom 6 is a twin bedded room for children, there is no ensuite.

All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe hanging and shelves. All bathroom towels and bedding is provided.

Along the hallway there is a separate toilet and hand basin. The Dining Kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with all the essentials required for your stay, There is an American style fridge freezer, range cooker with gas hob and two electric ovens and electric grill, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a large oak table that can seat ten people and a breakfast bar with four stools. There is also a log burning stove with logs supplied. The rear door leads onto a patio with a BBQ. The large sliding patio door takes you out onto the enclosed courtyard where you will find the Hot Tub and games room. There is plenty of outdoor tables and seating.

Please note all beds can be made up as singles or doubles (please request this at time of booking). Travel cot, highchair and a baby listening device are also available if requested.

Please bring your own towels for hot tub an swimming pool use if required.
